What is PROQUIS Enterprise?
PROQUIS Enterprise is the advanced web-browser based intranet software solution for Document Control and Compliance Management.
Originally, PROQUIS was built as a simple, stand-alone or local area network software solution to the problems of quality management. The system was designed around the requirements of ISO 9000 and later extended to TS 16949, Health and Safety, ISO14000, EASA, JAR/FAR and other compliance management requirements.
Now, PROQUIS Enterprise takes all that strong development work and experience and moves it to a new more powerful level. The Enterprise version is entirely internet browser based for operation over your intranet. Wherever you are, if you can connect to your intranet, you can interact with PROQUIS Enterprise and both obtain information and update data… Live!! No need for imports/exports, or data synchronization… this is real-time, live access. That means that your data entries are instantly visible to your colleagues and the information and analysis reports that you view always show the latest position.
IIf your company has multiple sites or divisions, PROQUIS provides the ability to log records details against that particular site and restrict user access for viewing or editing of records.
PROQUIS Enterprise allows you to define rules for notification of problems, for sending of reminders and for escalation of incomplete tasks. This uses email to ensure that problems are communicated and task completion is efficient and effective.

- Customer Care
The Customer Care Module in PROQUIS provides with a fully comprehensive Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. It is built to provide full support for the sales, customer services and support staff. This offers the commonly required CRM-type features of names, addresses, contact lists, subscriptions for email/mail shots, correspondence records, reminders, quotes and orders, plus a full complaint and service call management system (CMS).
- Document Control
PROQUIS conforms to (and surpasses) all current quality regulated standards for electronic document control. This includes the FDA's 21 CFR Part 11, aerospace, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TS 16949, Sarbanes-Oxley and most others. PROQUIS Document Control will allow you to store all your documents centrally giving improved access and revision control. That may be procedures, manuals, sales documents, specifications or plans, PROQUIS can manage it for you..
- Personnel Management
PROQUIS Personnel Management Module provides details of your employees including name, location, department, reporting structure and much more. Indeed, this module gives you all the Personnel Management data and information that you should need outside of the pure payroll elements. Personnel Management is supplied with all purchases of the main PROQUIS system, the personnel section is required to run any of the other modules
- Process Management
This module allows you to define the details of your processes, record and maintain process information. This includes description and objectives of each process, plus a list of related processes. Processes defined here can then be cross-referenced in your audit programme (in the Audit Management Module) to ensure that you have proper coverage of your processes.
- Audit Management
With its roots in quality management, PROQUIS has a strong auditing application that lets you plan your audits as well as record the audit details. These audits could be of almost any type – quality audits, environmental audits, health & safety audits, or just general reviews – and they may be internal or audits of suppliers. PROQUIS provides an audit planner system for advance scheduling of your audit program. To-do lists give you reminders of audits waiting final planning, audits due, audits waiting closure, non-compliances/issues due and waiting closure etc. This is integrated with our Issues and Actions, Process and Document Control Modules.
- Management Review
To ensure continued effectiveness of your systems, PROQUIS provides the Management Review Module. This not only lets you plan and record details of your management meetings and monitor corrective/preventive and improvement actions too. In addition, you can set targets for your Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and monitor these monthly via the KPI dashboard. KPI's can be viewed globally or for your specific organization area.
- Supplier Control
The management of your vendors and suppliers can be a vital element in ensuring that you meet the needs of your customers. PROQUIS Enterprise Supplier Control provides the facilities you need to manage your supplier relationships. Many of the basic features that are present in Customer Care, such as names & addresses, contacts and correspondence, are also available here, plus the ability to plan and record your supplier evaluations (requires the Audit Management Module) and performance monitoring, and the tracking of any supplier problems and actions.
- Health & Safety
Extending the features of PROQUIS is the Health & Safety module. This provides the Accident Log for recording of any accidents, dangerous occurrences or incidents and ensures that these are investigated and reported correctly. In addition, with links to the Issues and Actions module for problem resolution and analysis, this area helps you ensure that recurrence is prevented. This is built on the requirements of RIDDOR in the UK and OSHA in USA, and is applicable for most statutory or regulatory reporting.
- Issues and Actions
Recording, monitoring and analysing your problems and actions (CA/PA) is all completed in the Issues & Actions Module. This is the centre for all problem resolution management within your operating systems. Wherever the problems are initially recorded (via Customer Care/Complaints Supplier Control/Actions, Audit Management/Non-compliances, etc.), these are ALL visible within this module. As such, it provides a superb centre for the monitoring and analysis of all “issues” that occur within the organization.
- Equipment
PROQUIS Equipment Control comprises a set of powerful tools to enable you to manage all of your equipment data and to perform functions such as tracking equipment movements, recording detailed measurements and monitoring maintenance budgets.
For the "un-planned" maintenance tasks, PROQUIS offers Equipment Maintenance Request (EMR) - a maintenance request system that includes approval for jobs, and associated actions, supplier quotes and so on. There is even facility to complete Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gauge R&R) studies using the average and mean method.
