The PROQUIS Auditing Module provides all necessary tools to plan, develop and fully document the audit schedule. In detail, the Audit Module can outline audit plans, check resource requirements for the outlined plans, create details for formal planned audits, assign team members audits and define specific questions or checklists. When it comes to recording your audit details, PROQUIS provides the necessary tools to make your normally laborious audit reporting a simple, quick and efficient process. PROQUIS allows easy entry of full details of the audit, set up, simple of complex questions (fully searchable from previous audit data) and enter non-conformance / corrective action requirements. With the PROQUIS Audits Module integrated with the management reviews section you can easily plan-ahead for meetings that are due to take place, produce the standard reports that give you this information and, of course, PROQUIS will tell you when the meetings are due.
PROQUIS Nomad has been developed for audit completion in remote areas. It allows auditors to download a complete audit to a laptop and complete the details in Nomad (off- line). Once completed in Nomad, the auditors can then upload the completed records, including any answers to questions, any new non conformance, evidence documents and other details, back to the main PROQUIS Enterprise Audit System.
