It is built around the requirements of OSHA in the USA and RIDDOR in the UK, and provides the accident log for recording of any accidents, dangerous occurrences, incidents, even reportable occupational illnesses, whilst ensuring that these are investigated and reported correctly. This area also helps ensure that recurrence is prevented with its link to the Issues and Actions Module for problem resolution and analysis.

PROQUIS Health & Safety Module is built on the basic requirements of local authorities for the reporting of more serious incidents (RIDDOR in the UK, OSHA in the USA and so on); you can use it to log any kind of accident or potentially dangerous situation, even if it does not fall into the ‘Reportable’ category.
The data entry form is simple and easy to fill and once the data has been entered an instant analysis comes into play. You will be able to pinpoint which types of accidents are occurring and how they are happening. The possible danger areas either within procedures or safety regulations can be quickly identified. PROQUIS is supplied with a full selection of reports that will analyze data over a given period.
The Disease Log is an additional feature that only certain organizations will have a need for. The section is designed to log any reportable disease and in some cases, diseases you log here will need to be reported to your local health authority.
PROQUIS is supplied with a full selection of the possible diseases you may encounter - including some very nasty cases, like Anthrax, Rabies and the Plague!
