People are always central to any quality assurance system. It is the people who assure the quality of products and services delivered. PROQUIS recognizes this and provides a dual function module. First, the people are PROQUIS users, with defined access rights and responsibilities. Second, PROQUIS lets you maintain details of duties, skills, training and other personnel-related issues, like absence, disciplinary and grievances, holidays and so on.

Provided as part of the standard system the module is supplied with all purchases of the main PROQUIS system, the Personnel section is required to run any of the other modules. It is used, primarily, to store information about personnel within your organization and to control their access levels / set passwords for the other PROQUIS modules. Once you have set-up a user access profile this can then be copied to a new user, saving you additional set up time.

The Personnel Management area of PROQUIS Enterprise provides details of your people, their location, department, reporting structure, skills and training information and much more. Indeed, this module gives you all the Personnel Management data and information that you should need outside of the pure payroll elements such as detailed personnel records, including vacations, absence, disciplinary procedures, appraisals, benefits, personal details and company to employee correspondence. You can define positions within your organization, assign a person to a department or work sector and enter a link to the person directly responsible.

Plan & Evaluate Employee Training

Schedule training event plans to ensure continuous improvement – either schedule training when required and let PROQUIS control the process or, alternatively, let PROQUIS raise the need for training schedule following an issue or complaint originating from a lack of training. Our system allows you to monitor all training records, skills and to keep track of performance.

You can instantly set a review date for the next level of training or plan for internal appraisals; with PROQUIS you can keep all assessments on track. Skill matching will enable you to ensure that your staff has the relevant skills to do the job they are employed to do. Also, monitor training reviews for each of the skills. PROQUIS will warn you when your skill criteria are not met. PROQUIS can also provide analysis through reports such as Skill Requirement Matrix.
