"Linking all processes to specific modules will give a holistic coverage of information..."
The PROQUIS Process Management Module allows you to define basic process details and then connect these processes to the organization hierarchy, person and department responsible and so on. Related information can then be attached to any process, including related processes (inputs, outputs, sub-processes, etc), related documents and related requirement references (previously referred to as “Standards”).
Processes can be defined and recorded with a description and other basic details including number, title, organisation hierarchy and the person responsible.
The Process Module home page then provides a search facility to find, sort, filter and group your process details.

Each process can be associated with up to three different audit types applicable to the process in question, each with a separate frequency/period. When a process has been included on an audit, the system will update the process record with the last audit date.
The process can also be related to a series of documents, other processes and multiple hierarchies that indicate organization parts involved in the process. Consequently relating processes to the Audit Module allows users to ensure that an audit program has met the needs of all internal and external requirements.
