Proquis Limited is a British company established in 1992. The company was formed after recognizing the opportunity to develop and market PROQUIS 9000, a modular quality management information application.
The original PROQUIS product set was written in 1991 following requests from a number of companies who were finding it difficult to control and benefit from BS 5750 – the forerunner to ISO 9000 in the UK.
With the migration, in 2001, of the solution to .asp/.net web-based technologies, it has re-positioned Proquis as a leading global player in the Quality/Compliance software marketplace serving some of the largest global companies.
In 1998, Proquis Inc. was established in the USA and is wholly owned by Proquis Ltd. It provides manufacturing, distribution and support for Proquis Ltd. products throughout the Americas. In October 2000, a development office was opened in Boston MA, USA when Proquis Ltd. acquired the worldwide license for the development and distribution of allCLEAR – an intelligent flowcharting, process mapping and analysis tool.
Proquis also has a network of distributors on every continent as well as users in about 100 different countries, worldwide.
Proquis Inc. provides training facilities both on-site and at central locations for our North American customers. Proquis Ltd. provides these facilities in Europe including tiered lecture theatre facilities at the Sittingbourne Research Centre in Kent, UK. Our International distributors provide similar facilities in Africa, Australia and the Far East assisted by many resellers.
Proquis software has a wide appeal covering many business management activities from document control to process mapping and re-engineering, from flow-charting to complaint management. Other software is also provided such as data mining and analysis tools as well as training and consultancy from software solution to ISO that may be provided in conjunction with our many partners. Enterprise Suite supports multi site / multi country operations required by these organizations. The product is highly configurable allowing it to be moulded to suit most organizations.
For companies where IT infrastructure and support is more limited this advanced product can be obtained in the form of managed services (MSP) from Proquis group or other providers. This enables very rapid deployment and benefit at a very modest monthly cost with no internal server and support service requirements.
