The new Remote Access Portal (RAP) allows you to assign outstanding issues and actions to remote users, customers or suppliers. Through RAP, the user can email a product or service satisfaction questionnaire to customers and analyze their responses through the reporting tool. For each question answered, the user can also add evidence documents. The system also allows you to define the access rights for additional security.
