The new Remote Access Portal (RAP) allows you to assign outstanding issues and actions to remote users - customers and/or suppliers. Through RAP, the user can email a product or service satisfaction questionnaire to suppliers and analyze responses through the reporting tool. For each question answered, the respondents can add evidence documents. The system also allows you to define the access rights for additional security.
