The whole process occurs in two stages:

Need Identification

We understand that each customer’s quality needs vary depending on the size and nature of the particular business. Our Consultants will identify current compliance management requirements for your organization and help develop a roadmap based on enterprise-wide objectives. Proquis Consultants play a critical role at every stage to ensure the expectations are clearly translated into the application of the system.

Installation

The Proquis System is installed in following key stages:

Pre-Installation Stage: This stage forms the basis of the entire installation process. It starts with the comparison between specifications of your existing quality system and Proquis Solutions.

Project Planning: We believe preparation is vital to success. The project planning stage provides the development of timeframes versus customer expectations and achievements. This will result in a roadmap of entire process.

Test/Validation System Install: This stage includes the Consultants’ interpretation of customers’ needs and expectations. The aim is to configure a “test” system to provide a clear understanding of the Proquis system through this initial orientation stage. This also allows the customer to identify the many possible ways to use the Proquis system, after which a configuration plan to suit organizational objectives is finalized.

Live/Production System Install: After the successful completion of the above stages, the “live” system is installed and rolled out to key users such as the Quality Assurance Manager, Business Manager, IT Manager, and Project Leaders.

System Orientation: Once the “live” system is installed, Consultants provide an orientation session for key users to provide them in-depth understanding of the entire system before it is rolled out to the entire business unit / organization. Training modules are then prepared and further training is conducted for a wider audience to make the system rollout complete.
